Adoption applications are available by clicking on the Forms button.
To ensure the best possible match for both human and animal, we require the following:

• Completed application form and pre-adoption questionnaire
• background check
• personal references
• veterinary reference
• and a possible home visit.

In order to be considered for an adoption you must: be at least 18 years of age; have the knowledge and consent of all adults in your home; have verifiable identification (i.e. driver’s license); and, if renting, have landlord consent.

Once you have completed the above, you will be notified that you are approved to adopt. You can let us know which animal you would like to meet and a visit will be set up.

Your new animal will have, as a minimum, the following: vet examination, spay or neuter; heartworm test for dogs; FeLV for cats, wormed for intestinal parasites; flea and tick preventive treatment; age-appropriate vaccinations, and treatment of any known medical issues.
